MEDIUM DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR NOMINATION FOR THE VIEW

We are very proud to announce The View has been nominated for the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards in the category Medium Development of the Year (11-50 units).

Premier Guarantee is a building underwriter who provides new build structural insurance warranties. The Excellence Awards recognises the quality standards of residential developments across the UK “for buildings that go above and beyond what is expected."

Premier Guarantee says: "The aim of the Excellence Awards has always been to highlight the quality standards of workmanship and customer service that our clients hold”.

This nomination sets The View apart through our attention to detail and exceptional build quality.

It is the second time one of Sandhurst New Homes’ developments has been nominated for this award. In 2015 our development, City Approach in Rayleigh, was also given the seal of approval.
