Managing Director
Brian’s knowledge of the property market began about twenty years ago when he started renovating local existing developments. Identifying property market trends has enabled Brian to move the company from ‘buy to let’ to ‘build to let’. With over £20million of property assets in the South East, the company is poised for even greater heights.

Stephen Cook

Projects Director 
Stephen has spent the best part of his career project managing in-depth redevelopments in the City of London. Liasing with contractors, landscapers and councils kept Stephen on his toes in the city and now it keeps him on his toes in the heart of coastal Essex.

“Having to keep both eyes on a variety of projects simultaneously has kept a lot of coffee companies in business over the past few years. But watching the results as they happen brick by brick is well worth the damage to my sleeping patterns.”

Kelly Beman

Liaisons Manager & PA to Managing Director
Kelly’s experience as an administrator and company secretary left her well poised to take on the challenge of organising two demanding directors. Very much a key part of the team, Kelly is enjoying her leap to this busy property firm.

“My main role is to control all the marketing and administration for the company. I’m the chief keeper of the diary, which gives me unlimited power over which of the directors is going to be passing cafes in order to get my lunch.”
